White and milk chocolate cakes filled with mocha white chocolate mousse and decorated with cat silhouette chocolates.

Instructions

    1. Cut 16 squares (7,5 cm) out of the Sponge Cake.
    2. Brush with Simple Syrup.
    3. Line the cake rings with acetate.
    4. Place a cake layer into each cake ring.
    5. Add Chocolate Buttercream around the edges.
    6. Fill with Mocha White Chocolate Mousse.
    7. Place another cake layer on top.
    8. Repeat steps 5 through 7 until each cake has 4 cake layers.
    9. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.
    10. Cover each cake with Chocolate Buttercream.
    11. Add Cat Silhouette Chocolates.

Notes

*You'll need one batch for the filling and two batches for the outside of the cakes.
**Bake one batch in a rectangular cake pan (38,7 cm × 26 cm × 1,9 cm) and the leftover half batch in a cake pan half that size.
