Instructions

  1. Cut the carrot cake into twelve squares, using square cake rings (7,5cm by 7,5cm).
  2. Line the square cake rings with acetate.
  3. Place a cake layer into the cake rings.
  4. Pipe a layer of cream cheese buttercream on top.
  5. Place another cake layer on top.
  6. Pipe another layer of cream cheese buttercream on top.
  7. Top with another cake layer.
  8. Pipe on a thin layer of cream cheese buttercream.
  9. Refrigerate until almost set, about 30 minutes.
  10. Remove the cake rings and acetate.
  11. Smooth out the top layer of buttercream, using a palette knife.
  12. Place chocolate Easter Bunnies on top.

Notes

*Baked in a rectangular cake pan (38,7 cm × 26 cm × 1,9 cm), for about 10 - 15 minutes.
