Easy and delicious Easter cake, chocolate chip vanilla cake covered with white chocolate buttercream and chocolate Easter eggs.

Vanilla chocolate chip cake with white chocolate buttercream and Easter eggs.

Instructions

  1. Cut cake into four circles (⌀14cm).
  2. Attach bottom layer to a cake board with white chocolate buttercream.
  3. Brush cake with simple syrup.
  4. Pipe or spread buttercream on top.
  5. Place another layer of cake on top and repeat previous two steps.
  6. Place another layer of cake on top and repeat steps three and four.
  7. Add final cake layer on top.
  8. Crumb coat the entire cake.
  9. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  10. Cover the entire cake in buttercream.
  11. Add Easter eggs to decorate the cake.

*Baked in a rectangular cake pan (38,7 cm × 26 cm × 1,9 cm).
