Delicious no-bake Nutella cheesecake in a glass, topped with Ferrero Rocher. As a Nutella fan this is one of my favourite recipes.

Ferrero Rocher & Nutella No-Bake Cheesecake in a Glass

Hazelnut cookie crust with a creamy Nutella no-bake cheesecake, chocolate ganache, chopped up hazelnuts and Ferrero Rocher on top in a glass.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and combine with cookie crumbs.
  2. Divide the cookie crumbs over 5 glasses (330 ml) and press down.
  3. Refrigerate until hard, at least an hour.
  4. Whip up whipping cream and set aside.
  5. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Nutella.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pipe the mixture onto cookie base, using a piping bag.
  8. Refrigerate until set, at least two hours.
  9. Pour on some dark chocolate ganache.
  10. Top with some chopped up roasted hazelnuts.
  11. Add Ferrero Rochers on top.
  12. Refrigerate for at least another six hours, until fully set.

Notes

*Make sure this ingredient is at room temperature.
