Spreadable deliciousness! Spread it onto whatever you like, or use it as a filling or in another recipe.
- 250 grams of Speculaasbrokken
- 30 grams of Butter
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 50 grams of Milk*
- Optional: 30 grams of Powdered Sugar
- Using a food processor, process the cookies into fine crumbs.
- Add in the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Process until well combined.
- Add in the milk.
- Process until a smooth paste forms.
- Refrigerate until further use or consumption.
*You may need more milk dependent on which consistency you're looking for.
