Ingredients
- 1 Batch of Vanilla Madeleines
- 200 grams of White Chocolate
- Chocolate Food Colouring: Purple & Pink
- Β½ Batch of White Chocolate Buttercream
- Edible Pearls
Instructions
- Prepare the Vanilla Madeleines.
- Pipe or scoop melted purple and pink chocolate into the clean madeleine mould.
- Place madeleines into the mould, on top of the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for one hour until completely set.
- Prepare White Chocolate Buttercream.
- Pipe the buttercream onto half of the madeleines.
- Add a madeleine on top of each.
- Add the edible pearls.
