Tartlets filled with a creamy chocolate filling.


Milk and Dark Chocolate Filling (for 4 tartlets)

  • 70 grams of Dark Chocolate
  • 70 grams of Milk Chocolate
  • 100 grams of Whipping Cream
  • 25 grams of Butter

White Chocolate Filling (for 4 tartlets)

  • 200 grams of White Chocolate
  • 100 grams of Whipping Cream
  • 40 grams of Butter


  • 60 grams of Milk or White Chocolate


  1. Add all the ingredients for the desired filling into a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan with a small layer of water in it, on medium heat. Heat until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Pipe or pour into tartlets.
  3. Refrigerate for about four hours to firm up.
  4. Optional: Melt chocolate and add chocolate stripes on top.
