Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vanilla Madeleines.
  2. Pipe or scoop melted purple and pink chocolate into the clean madeleine mould.
  3. Place madeleines into the mould, on top of the chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour until completely set.
  5. Prepare White Chocolate Buttercream.
  6. Pipe the buttercream onto half of the madeleines.
  7. Add a madeleine on top of each.
  8. Add the edible pearls.
