Sloffenbodem with pastry cream, strawberries and whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 Batch of Sloffenbodems
- 1 Batch of Pastry Cream
- 250 grams of Whipping Cream
- 400 grams of Strawberries
Instructions
- Pipe pastry cream onto sloffenbodem.
- Optional: add strawberries into the center and pipe over more pastry cream.
- Whip up whipping cream to stiff peaks.
- Pipe whipped cream on top of pastry cream, using a star piping tip, in whatever pattern you'd like.
- Cover sides with strawberries halves.
- Refrigerate until further use.
