Creamy pastry cream filling on a sloffenbodem with strawberries and whipped cream. Fresh and fruity with a crumbly cookie base.

S๏ปฟloffenbodem with pastry cream, strawberries and whipped cream.



  1. Pipe pastry cream onto sloffenbodem.
  2. Optional: add strawberries into the center and pipe over more pastry cream.
  3. Whip up whipping cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Pipe whipped cream on top of pastry cream, using a star piping tip, in whatever pattern you'd like.
  5. Cover sides with strawberries halves.
  6. Refrigerate until further use.
