Adorable Pokéball cookies, perfect for any Pokémon fan’s (birthday) party!

Buttery Pokéball sand cookies, both the original and number cookies inspired by Pokéballs.
Ingredients
- ½ Batch of Sand Cookie Dough
- ½ Batch of Red Sand Cookie Dough
- 20 grams of Black Candy Melts
- ±10 White Candies or Candy Melts
Instructions
- Prepare both batches of cookie dough.
- Roll out each dough to about 4 millimetres thick.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
- Cut dough into slices, making sure each slice either covers half of your cookie cutters.*
- Place two different colour slices of dough together and roll out to attach, to about 4 millimetres thick.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Use cookie cutters* to cut out the cookies.
- Place the cookies onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place the tray into the oven and bake for about 5-10 minutes.
- Let them cool completely.
- Separate the two colours of leftover dough and repeat steps 2 through 11.
- Melt the black candy melts.
- Pipe a black line over the middle, separating the two colours on the cookies.
- For the round Pokéball cookies: pipe a circle in the middle of the line and add a white candy melt or white candy on top.
- Let the candy melts set and enjoy!
