Christmas Tree Milk Chocolate No-Bake Cheesecake

Christmas Tree Milk Chocolate no-bake cheesecake, with an Oreo crumb base and topped with White and Milk Chocolate.

Ingredients

Cheesecake

  • 10 Finely Crushed Oreos
  • 25 grams of Butter
  • 100 grams of Milk Chocolate
  • 100 grams of Cream Cheese*
  • 80 grams of Whipping Cream

Decoration

  • 50 grams of White Chocolate
  • 100 grams of Milk Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place plastic wrap in each shape of the Christmas Tree cake mould**.
  2. Optional: add a little bit of chocolate to the each cavity to reinforce the Oreo crumb base.
  3. Finely crush the Oreos and melt the butter.
  4. Combine Oreos and melted butter and press some into each cavity.
  5. Wrap plastic wrap around each bottom.
  6. Refrigerate until hard, at least an hour.
  7. Remove Oreo bases from mould and refrigerate until further use.
  8. Melt white chocolate and fill in the dots and star.
  9. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
  10. Melt milk chocolate and add a layer to each cavity.
  11. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
  12. Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan with a small layer of water in it, on medium heat. Once it has melted, let it cool to room temperature.
  13. Whip up the whipping cream until you get stiff peaks.
  14. Whip together the cream cheese and the milk chocolate and mix well.
  15. Gently fold in half the whipped cream, then the other half until well incorporated.
  16. Pipe into each of the cavities, spread with a toothpick.
  17. Top with Oreo crumb bases.
  18. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  19. Cover mould with cling film and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  20. Unmould each Christmas tree cheesecake, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, to defrost.

*Make sure this ingredient is at room temperature.
